Two Peas in a Pod!

It's Winter in Summertime.  Whatever they need to do to get through the day!
Playing at White Fence Farm...
This is what trouble looks like....

Mommy's dates to Disney on Ice!  Looking adorable.

Sorry Julianne.  You can come next time!

Grace and Charlotte are the greatest of friends already however they can both really get on each other's nerves.  It is quite adorable and annoying all at the same time.  They dress up together, chase each other, play pretend anything together but boy oh boy, when they are mad at each other, watch out!  Grace has no problem telling Charlotte, "Charlotte, you are annoying me" or "Charlotte, I'm mad at you."  Charlotte returns with, "I don't want to play with you," "Stop it Grace" and "I'm mad at you."  It's gonna be fun when they are teenagers.

Grace's First Day of School in August!

Grace returned to St. George for a second year of preschool in August.  She was excited and shy all at the same time.  She didn't want to take pictures, but who can blame her?  She is only 4 years old.  Below are some pictures of her first day including her best friend Noah.  I will be sad when Noah and Grace don't go to school with each other anymore next year if we change schools.  Grace's day always is good or bad depending on whether or not Noah is at school.  So cute!

Julianne... oh Sweet Baby Julianne!

In short, Julianne is a peanut.  She is an adorable one too.  Let's see.  Julianne has been sleeping through the night since she was 6 months old.  She is rocked to sleep most nights by Paul and loves her little lovey blanket and pink blanket from the Luchanskys.  She has a little bear wubbanub that is a must as well and she is adored by her big sisters.  Julianne's 4 month checkup was quite hectic because all three kids were at the doctor's.  Grace had her 4 year appointment that day as well and needed a shot which did not go over well.  Charlotte was upset at the end of the visit because she did not get a shot and a bandaid.  I'm pretty sure I was sweating... a ton.

Julianne has eaten many different foods.  She eats lots of baby food plus puffs and mum mums. Let me tell you she can take them down quickly.  She nursed exclusively until 7 months and then was supplemented with formula until 8 months.  She made a very smooth transition but I think it was harder for me to let it go this time.  She just wasn't getting enough.  As of today, which is January 3rd, Julianne is the happiest smiliest baby in the world and I just adore her.  She claps now, waves, says uh oh but in a really sweet way and when you say "ho, ho, ho" she repeats, "ha, ha, ha."  She also says dadadadadadada, and can say mama but really only when she is upset and wants me.  Dada was definitely her first word.  She can hold her own bottle and can sit up.  She can crawl in a circle but not forwards or backwards and she loves playing in the bath, especially since she got new bath toys for Christmas.

Starting with cereal!  We started this around 4 1/2- 5 months.
Of course, her sisters wanted in on the action...

Charlotte's turn....

How I found them in the playroom.  Pretending Grace is feeding Charlotte.  Hmmmm.... These two are trouble.

Julianne rolling over for the first time at Kara's house.
 There's my smiles!
 Cutest little peanut!
Sleeping in the car on the way home from a football game at RHS.

Enjoying the sunshine and her hat and toy from Kara Midds.

 She loves bath time!
 Swinging at Ava's house!

When she looks adorable sleeping, I have to take pictures.  Pretty sure she was smiling in her sleep.

I mean... are you kidding me?  I love this one!

And... this one.  Alright... that's enough for Julianne right now. That brings us up to about right before Halloween.  So much more to come.  Some day:)

Charlotte... much improved. This post was back in September. Never finished!

Well since I've been back to work and have stopped focusing on potty training, my relationship with Charlotte has greatly improved.  Charlotte really can be so cute, we really just need to put the focus on her and make her feel special.  Some updates since the last post: When we sit down at night for dinner we have been saying Grace.  Well I mentioned in my last post that Charlotte knows the prayer and how to do the sign of the cross.  Every time I say, "Let's say Grace" Charlotte says, "No... let's say Charlotte."  It is awesome.
