Evie Update

Hates the swing but will sleep in it if it is not moving.

Hates being put in the car seat to pick up the kids from school. Screams... A lot.

Loves nursing... Duh

Has slept for 6 hour stretches on and off for a little while. Last two nights consistent. Needs to keep it going.

Loves being walked around. Gotta love the Solly wrap

Has started smiling and it's adorable but she sneezes every time she smiles or spits up.

Spits and poops a lot still.

Evie Kit

This baby sure poops a lot. Seriously like 5 times a day. If not more. But I sure do like to snuggle with her. She is so sweet. Here's some updated pics.

Her first doctor visit she was back up to 7 lbs 2 oz so she must be eating:). I've got to get back in the swing of nursing. She's been sleeping really well. About 3 hour stretches and mostly goes back to sleep easily. As long as she is snuggled near me. Must transition to crib quickly before bad habits form.

Love these two. Evie hates the car seat but I've had to pick up the girls from school so I leave as late as possible and try to feed her right before. Yikes.

Genevieve Kit-Evie

We are set to go home tomorrow. Here's a couple of key notes:

We have to see an orthopedic doctor on Thursday to check on Evie's "loose hip." She can't have her legs swaddled and if it doesn't correct itself, she will have to wear a brace.

My milk is starting to come in and woah... It hurts. Much bigger than the last few times.

Evie is so sweet and pretty! She weighed 7 lbs 10 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. As of the 27th she weighed 6 lbs 15 oz I have never had a baby weigh in the 6s before so woah she seems so tiny to me.

The girls got to meet her today and I don't think Julianne realizes that we get to keep her. She kept asking if she was "out". It was adorable. She wanted to know if she would be going back in my belly.
